What you’ll be doing
this position is responsible for managing key national accounts, leading the account onboarding experience across all buckland services, and achieving company sales objectives. This role combines strategic account management, client service excellence, sales growth, and team leadership.

you will be responsible for
manage and grow large national accounts, building strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and expand service offerings.
Lead client meetings and visits, communicating risks, issues, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Oversee new account onboarding, including tap monitoring and account assignment.
Coordinate the transition of corporate accounts from csa to operations.
Prepare pre-call plans and post-call summaries with clear action items and follow-up.
Partner with operations, compliance, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Lead u.s. compliance-related client communications and regulatory updates.
Analyze account performance and client feedback to improve service levels and retention.
Drive continuous improvement of department processes, documentation, and crm automation.
What we need from you
minimum 5 years of experience in mexico (mx) customs.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the customs brokerage industry.
Prior experience managing client accounts at a national or corporate level.
Demonstrated people leadership experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel internationally, us visa preferable.
Proficient english communication is required.
