*job overview*in this position, you will collaborate closely with the sales management team to align training initiatives with business objectives.you will assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance evaluations and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in the knowledge and skills of our agents.your goal will be to foster a high-performance culture within the call center, ultimately leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
*key responsibilities*- develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and tailor training content accordingly.
- facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques.
- monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback.
- collaborate with sales management to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to call center agents to enhance their sales performance.
- stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methodologies.
*requirements*:- advanced proficiency in english.
- bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training and performance management, preferably in a call center environment.
- strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
- excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- proven ability to analyze performance data and implement effective training solutions.
- experience with training software and tools, as well as ms office suite.
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
