as key account manager of agencies, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution of off-network media in collaboration with media agencies and strategic partners (adsmovil, meta, and google), as well as drive 360 strategies with rappi ads' integrated solutions.
your responsibilities will include:
* managing relationships with assigned media agencies (e.g., publicis, ipg, wpp, omg), aligning commercial objectives with opportunities within the rappi ads ecosystem.
* designing and implementing off-network and full-funnel media strategies using rappi ads' 360 solutions: sponsored products, sponsored brands, turbo, amplify, and innovative in-app formats.
* ensuring proper campaign implementation, from proposal to execution, including operational follow-up and billing.
* identifying new opportunities for brand penetration within each agency's portfolio, proposing tailored strategies based on timelines or briefs.
* managing and monitoring the media pipeline: weekly and monthly forecasts, booked revenue, executed, and billed, ensuring objectives are met.
* acting as a bridge between agencies, brands, technology partners, and internal teams (data, insights, product, operations).
* ensuring the delivery of effective, measurable campaigns aligned with each advertiser's and agency's kpis.
