Global investigations manager

you will be responsible for conducting internal hr investigations in the lam region and worldwide as part of the global investigations team within the integrity & compliance department.
responsibilities:
* conducting internal investigations by identifying issues, interviewing witnesses, collecting and reviewing relevant data, drafting investigation reports, and recommending remedial action as appropriate.
* additional duties as assigned.
requirements:
* working knowledge of ms word, excel, outlook, power point, sharepoint, teams, databases, and/or business software systems.
* must be fluent in english and spanish, both oral and written.
* bachelor's degree required (laws, or equivalent experience conducting hr investigations).
* ability and willingness to travel throughout area of responsibility and globally to conduct investigations or assessments.
