This role requires a hands-on leader who can both think strategically and execute relentlessly. You will manage key sporting goods accounts, develop growth plans, secure premium in-store visibility, and drive sell-in and sell-out performance — while building and coaching a high-performing team.key responsibilities 1. Commercial strategy & key accounts own and drive the commercial strategy for key sporting retailers. Build aggressive, data-backed business plans per account. Identify whitespace opportunities and unlock growth. Negotiate space, visibility, activations, and commercial terms. Lead quarterly business reviews with strong analytical insights.2. Sales & performance ownership deliver and exceed monthly and annual sell-in targets. Drive sell-out acceleration with clear action plans. Monitor kpis: sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory turnover, market share, credit balance. Ensure flawless execution on orders, deliveries, and launches.
