Application development: write, test, and deploy clean, efficient r code for analysis, visualization, and reporting. Mentorship: guide junior developers, foster a culture of collaboration, and promote best practices. Collaboration: work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to design tailored solutions. Code quality: conduct peer code reviews and ensure alignment with development standards. Documentation: maintain detailed documentation of code, methodologies, and workflows. Required qualifications: experience: 5+ years of professional experience with r, including building shiny applications. Education: bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or related field. Technical skills: advanced proficiency in r and core packages (e.g., dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr, etc.
