key responsibilities:
* be the first point of contact for distributors, capturing and tracking orders via phone with empathy and professionalism.
* provide timely and accurate information about promotions, events, and new product launches.
* support distributors in maximizing the benefits of herbalife’s offerings.
* reactivate accounts upon request and ensure a smooth return to the community.
* document and escalate any reported adverse events, ensuring proper follow-up with internal teams.
* accurately code and track cases in our internal system for reporting and resolution.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams such as distributor relations and order support.
job qualifications
requirements:
* a middle school diploma or equivalent.
* at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
* a passion for helping others and a strong service-oriented mindset.
* basic proficiency in microsoft word, excel, email, and internet tools.
* strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
* excellent communication skills inboth spanish and english.
* a team player attitude with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
