develop and increase company sales through strong business relationships with clients in the steel industry, primarily within the continuous casting & mills (c&m) area. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer portfolios, and managing commercial projects from proposal and quotation preparation through order closing. Additionally, provide technical-commercial support to customers, coordinate requirements with suppliers and internal teams, participate in bidding processes, and ensure business growth and profitability objectives are achieved.
work experience
- minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales or business development.
- experience in the steel, metal-mechanical, or industrial sector.
- knowledge of continuous casting & mills (c&m) processes is highly preferred.
- strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
- ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- basic knowledge of finance, costing, and budgeting.
- experience preparing technical-commercial proposals and quotations.
- availability to travel domestically and internationally.
- strong customer-oriented mindset and relationship management skills.
- bachelor’s degree in mechanical electrical engineering or related engineering field.
- advanced english proficiency.
