Qualifications required 6 -10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. Completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams. Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions. Advanced english level. Preferredbachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, or a closely related field. Extensive hands-on experience (typically 6+ years) implementing, configuring, and supporting sap fi modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting. Proven track record of leading full-cycle sap fi implementation projects. Deep understanding of financial business processes, accounting principles, and sap fi integration with other modules (e.g., co, mm, sd). Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities. Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated experience translating complex financial requirements into sap solutions. Experience developing and delivering training for end users and project teams.other preferred qualifications:sap fi certification or equivalent sap credentials. Experience working in sap s/4hana environments and handling migrations or upgrades. Prior exposure to global sap deployments and multi-country or global implementations. Familiarity with additional sap modules (e.g., sap co, sap fiori), regulatory compliance frameworks, and international accounting standards (ifrs, gaap). Basic abap programming knowledge or experience collaborating closely with technical sap teams. Previous consulting experience at leading firms or in complex business environments.
