* lead all core financial and accounting operations, including general accounting, monthly closing, reporting, treasury, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* ensure full tax compliance by actively participating in the preparation, review, and timely submission of all tax obligations and statutory requirements
* maintain hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day financial activities, taking ownership of key tasks when necessary to ensure accuracy and continuity in operations
* oversee, support, and gradually develop a finance/accounting team, providing structure, coaching, and continuous improvement of processes and controls
* collaborate closely with corporate and operational local and global leadership, contributing financial insights that support strategic decision‑making and business performance
* strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and reporting standards to ensure compliance, reliability, and alignment with global requirements
* act as a business partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and proactive financial management across the organization
perfil buscado
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
* strong technical expertise in accounting, reporting, taxes, treasury, auditing, and financial planning
* previous managerial experience, leading teams, driving structure, processes, and continuous improvement
* hands‑on, operational mindset with the ability to take ownership of daily financial tasks when required. Actively engaging and taking ownership of key operating (general accounting and tax) tasks whenever needed
* strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to act as a business partner to local and reporting to global leadership
* experience in companies or sectors with strong operational environments or project‑based work with clients is considered a plus
