Position overview we are seeking a strapi react web developer to take ownership of the company’s main website, rebuilding, maintaining, and optimizing it for performance, conversion, and scalability. This is a senior-level, hands-on role focused on front-end development using react and strapi cms (v4/v5 preferred). The developer will manage the complete front-end lifecycle: from cms architecture and api integrations to performance optimization and real-user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with u.s.-based companies, a proven ability to deliver stable and high-performing web platforms, and a proactive mindset toward improvement and innovation. Key responsibilities build, deploy, and maintain fast, scalable front-end architecture using react and strapi. Rebuild and optimize existing website sections for speed, conversion, and performance. Design and manage strapi content structures, collections, and schemas (v5 preferred). Integrate apis and third-party tools such as vercel, hubspot, microsoft clarity, and google analytics. Maintain strong core web vitals metrics and real-user monitoring. Debug, test, and deploy updates in live environments with minimal downtime. Collaborate closely with design, content, and product teams to align technical execution with business goals. Ensure website tracking, server response, and user experience are consistently high-quality continuously evaluate and responsibly adopt ai tools that boost development speed without sacrificing code quality required qualifications excellent english communication skills (written and spoken). 3 years of professional front-end development experience using react. Advanced experience developing with strapi cms (v4 or v5 preferred). Proficiency with vercel deployment, github version control, and server-side integrations. Strong understanding of api configuration within strapi. Experience debugging and resolving production issues in real-time. Proven track record in conversion-focused development and a/b testing. Knowledge of analytics and marketing integrations (google analytics, hubspot, microsoft clarity). Prior experience working with u.s.-based companies or projects preferred skills experience with hubspot api integrations. Familiarity with seo, cro, and digital marketing principles. Prior experience in startup or fast-paced environments. Exposure to ai-assisted development workflows.
