*your role & responsibilities*:
- assure the change feasibility in terms of timing, capacity, tooling, equipment and product is reviewed with all functional departments
- initiate, organize, plan, direct and monitor all organizational functions needed to accomplish customer/internal milestones.
- meet apqp and vda requirements in every engineering change.
- maintain local and engineering team reporting including updated timing plans, projections, issues decks (risk register) and necessary technical reports
- ensure customer requirements are met in every engineering change.
*your skills & strenghts*:
- bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
- apqp / vda knowledge
- minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
- fluency communication and written in english language is required (indispensable).
- self organized and directed.
