what you will do
* perform remote software updates, upgrades, and mr/mncl applications across various network product platforms (e.g., lte, 5g, cloud).
* execute complete solution upgrades independently, covering all elements and products within the solution.
* identify and escalation of all network upgrade issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
* apply creative and analytical thinking when handling new products or undocumented issues.
* make timely decisions to address unexpected network problems and minimize customer impact.
* operate within established standards, methods, and policies while adapting to situations requiring independent judgment.
* collaborate with senior team members or management for guidance on complex or out-of-process scenarios.

* fluent english communication (spoken and written) with strong attention to detail.
* confidence to speak up when necessary and proactively elevate issues.
* strong background in telecommunications with knowledge of ran concepts.
* customer focus, process orientation, and ability to follow instructions and mops precisely.
* ability to work effectively in structured operational environments and handle customer interactions professionally under pressure.
* willingness and availability to work night shifts.

* familiarity with moshell, linux/unix environments, ftp/sftp, and remote connection tools.
* basic scripting and data analysis skills; exposure to machine learning is a plus.
