*position*:
hr reporting analyst
this role is part of americas hr business partners supporting business clients throughout the region. As the hr analyst, you will partner closely with hr business partners, managers & directors to provide standardized, consistent solutions that support client needs. This role will drive strong customer service through best-in-class hr service.
*what you'll be doing*:
- responsible for data accuracy, quality, management and fulfillment of submitted reporting requests from americas hr business partners in a centralized and standardized manner
- responsible for identifying processes or reporting solutions based on client needs
- assist with the development and maintenance of standardized, consistent approaches to hr program delivery in partnership with all hr business partners
- experienced in handling confidential data by following best practices for security, confidentiality, and compliance standards
- provide reporting-level support on ad-hoc projects or requests from all americas hr business partners
- develop and promote end user self-service reporting functionality by leveraging analytics technology to drive innovation
- monitor work outputs and offer recommendations for continuous process improvement leading to new best practices
- identify opportunities to ensure integrity of hris data through development of audit reports, troubleshoot irregularities, and communicate to other hr teams as needed to correct discrepancies
- identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase efficiencies
- responsible for publication of recurring reports and presentations (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to the business
*what we are looking for*:
- experience analyzing and reporting data for fast-paced client groups
- experience identifying and resolving key issues from partial/conflicting data
- focused on big picture when solving problems by identifying and recommending targeted improvements
- advanced experience with microsoft excel to provide accurate and succinct reports that add value and deliver on organization needs
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably within business administration, business management or human resources
*the skills that will help you succeed even more*:
- working knowledge of regional hr operations supporting a global organization by leveraging data intelligence for business insights and reporting on various business clients
- 2 years+ in supporting hr organizations with analytics, reporting, and implementation & maintenance of program or solutions
- 2 years+ of hr administration, preferably within hr generalist or hr business partner function
- specialized skills with microsoft power (automate, bi, query) to rationalize, manage, and organize large datasets for americas hr vice presidents, directors, managers and business partners
- experience working with highly confidential data
- project coordination and/or project management experience
