*responsibilities*:
- responsible for the success of the service operation including customer satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, to understand their needs and expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed expectations.
- provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the professional services operations team to foster a culture of excellence and professional development.
- develop and implement strategic plans and processes to optimize service delivery consistency and quality and enhance operational profitability.
- manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- collaborate with other functional teams towards overall business objectives.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
- proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing professional services operations in the software development and it services industry.
- proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
- strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
