about the role
this opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong hris experience, configuration experience ukg etime / ukg pro workforce management (ukg pro wfm), and the ability to support multi-country deployments across latin america .
requirements
must to have:
proven hands-on configuration experience with ukg etime / ukg pro wfm, the most important configuration, support, and troubleshooting .
* experience supporting multi-country hris implementations or deployments .
* strong ability to work with regional stakeholders and translate business needs into system configurations.
* comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment .
* bilingual skills required (english advanced c1 & spanish).
nice to have
* prior experience supporting hris systems in latam .
* knowledge of labor regulations across multiple countries.
* experience in sustainment, post-implementation support, or hris migrations .
key responsibilities
* to do configuration for ukg etime / ukg pro wfm across latam.
* quickly learn and understand the current etime configuration deployed across latam.
* partner with lac stakeholders to identify pain points in the current configuration.
* the initial deployment is closer to a migration, but identified issues may be reviewed and addressed.
* support continued deployments for remaining latam countries.
* ensure ongoing support for federal, state/province, and local regulatory changes .
* maintain and adjust system configurations in response to policy changes.
