responsabilidades

• develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (e. g. Oms, jsa, visual aids.
• collect work measurement samples through time study methods
• create and maintain bill of materials and production routings
• update production floor layout (equipment and workstation) usingautocad
• manage and improve production costs through analysis and reduction efforts
• participate in lean, kaizen, 6s and value stream mapping activities
• develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• implement and maintain mrp and settings sap management.
• conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• design and implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
• monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• train and mentor staff on new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and kaizen events.
• ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

requisitos

• strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
• experience with continuous improvement techniques and tools.
• excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• experience with process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• proficient use of microsoft office tools, with a focus on excel and power bi.
