Objective
* continuous implementation and monitoring of the quality management system as well as further system related processes (e.g. Technical cleanliness, esd) in accordance with current norms, certification rules and customer requirements in cooperation with the responsible entities of the quality network
* planning, steering, monitoring, executing or accompanying audits e.g. system and process audits in accordance with relevant audit criteria and customer requirements
responsibilities
* plan and conduct internal, customer, and external system audits.
* support global hella internal auditors and ensure audit findings are addressed.
* maintain and update local quality documentation with process owners.
* adapt and implement quality methods, including customer-specific requirements.
* develop and deliver training on quality tools, processes, and procedures.
* ensure application of new methods and continuous staff qualification.
* prepare reports and keep relevant stakeholders informed.
* collaborate with central quality teams to improve the quality management system.
* identify and communicate process improvement opportunities.
your qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in similar positions
* experience and knowledge iatf, vda 6.3
* experience core tools.
