This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, effective troubleshooting, and user enablement through training and documentation.key responsibilities & dutiesprovide daily troubleshooting and end-user problem resolution for business software applications (microsoft d365, custom apps)provide application training to end users for application functionality as required.assist with the development of system documentation and training materials for applicable applications.coordinate with software vendors and internal technology support staff to troubleshoot and resolve application functionality, infrastructure, and performance issues.maintain application security (microsoft d365) and user access in accordance with established internal procedures and standards.document on-going end user support issues and develop knowledge base of resolutions.work with other teams as necessary to deploy patches, perform system upgrades, application enhancements and application testing.support and maintain application integrations and scheduled tasks, performing daily operational checks as required.after hours and weekend support may be periodically required.requirements: education, competencies & skillsuniversity degree in finance, business, computer science, or equivalent experience.2-5+ year experience in systems and applications support; erp systems (sap, oracle, dynamics (microsoft d365), etc.) and other financial or operational applications.operational or finance role within a business environment with a systems foundation.exposure to database, reporting, and process concepts.able to communicate effectively and work with users of varying computer experience.excellent problem solving/analytical skills.ability to work independently and make decisions supported by relevant data.proactively manage one's time.strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with subject matter experts.this position will be based in our mexico city office.hybrid role. 3 days presential and 2 working from home days (per week)preferred requirementsms dynamics ax 2012 and d365 experienceexperience working in an international or cross-functional teamproficiency in english essential.what's on offer?Competitive salary and bonus structureflexible working hours and remote work options (3 days a week presential modality)professional development and training opportunities
