you will provide end-to-end recruitment services to our client in a hybrid setup. This is a strategic and consultative role that combines sourcing expertise with client-facing advisory responsibilities.
your responsibilities:
* collaborate closely with clients to understand their talent needs, recruitment goals, and cultural fit requirements.
* provide market intelligence and recruitment strategy insights based on the current market situation to guide hiring decisions.
* design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
* screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based methods.
* act as a trusted advisor to candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the process.
* drive and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer and onboarding.
* maintain candidate pipelines and manage data across internal and client ats platforms.
* support recruitment marketing initiatives (e.g., events, career fairs, social media).
* facilitate projects involving recruitment tech, process improvements, and employer branding.
* conduct interviews with client hiring panels and coordinate assessments when required.
* anticipate challenges, proactively address bottlenecks, and provide solutions.
your profile:
* 2-3 years of experience in an end-to-end role as a recruiter in mexico (experience in the usa labour market is a plus).
* bachelor's degree in hr, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
* native speaker of spanish and fluent in english (spoken and written).
* proven experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., recruitment, client services, or rpo).
* strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* confident in managing the full recruitment process independently.
* experience using ats platforms and recruitment tools.
* strong ownership and accountability ("driver seat" mindset).
* consultative approach: able to advise, challenge, and support business stakeholders.
* proactive, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking.
* ability to see the big picture and align recruitment goals with business needs.
* high ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
