Position summarysupervises individual contributors and/or supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.leads the implementation of an all-encompassing, data-driven sales strategy that utilizes sales reports, customer analytics, market intelligence, and competitive landscape knowledge to inform the adoption of successful sales strategies, models, and sales management systems.directs workflow of programs that enhance sales team capabilities and addresses sales development needs by leading and maintaining sales department training programs, process optimizations, customer support programs, and incentive and compensation administration.key responsibilitiessupervises individual contributors and/or supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.assesses departmental and sales team performance by leveraging metrics, forecasts, and performance ratios to generate insights that help senior management and sales leaders identify and understand the business drivers of key accounts and sales trends that could affect partnerships and customers.implements sales reporting processes that produce quality, accurate, and consistent results and contributes to the creation of sales performance dashboards that allow sales team members, leaders, and stakeholders to monitor sales forecasts and track key performance indicators.coaches less experienced colleagues on how to best utilize sales enablement resources and technologies including sales enablement platforms, customer relationship management systems, and pipeline management software.develops relationships and maintains open communication channels with key cross‐functional departments, sales leaders, and internal stakeholders to facilitate product launches, go‐to‐market strategies, and ensure policies and procedures align and complement each other.responsible for managing operational aspects of team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), and ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.understands and applies johnson & johnson's credo and leadership imperatives in day‐to‐day interactions with team.required qualifications & skillsminimum 8 years of professional experience.proven experience in process design, process improvement, business kpi development, and operational extraction of business indicators.strong ability to structure processes, robust problem‐solving skills, leadership by influence, and strategic thinking.advanced english proficiency.job location: mexico city.travel: 15% travel.required skills:analytical reasoning, coaching, collaborative selling, cross‐functional collaboration, customer centricity, customer intelligence, customer relationship management (crm), data savvy, developing others, inclusive leadership, leadership, operations management, performance measurement, sales enablement, sales support, sales training, team management.
