we are offering a great job opportunity to work as customer quality engineer based in apodaca plant, apodaca, nl (e-systems division).
as customer quality engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that process resolution is handled in strict adherence to quality systems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
responsibilities
* understand specific client requirements related to apqp.
* lead the execution of the 8d methodology.
* conduct r&r and capacity studies.
* coordinate containment operations at different locations, from the plant to the last customer-facing station.
* monitor quality activities in the client\'s systems and portals.
* verify the existence of component psws and update the imds.
* develop the ppap package.
* lead quality meetings and prepare reports.
* monitor apqp quality activities on client portals.
* provide first-level contact with the client for complaints.
qualifications
* education: industrial, mechanical, electronic engineering, or similar.
* experience in automotive electronics required.
* smt and backend process knowledge.
* ford & gm portals knowledge.
* proficient english level.
* 3+ years of experience in the field.
