Corporate social responsability & public affairs analyst
the public affairs analyst will provide administrative support for the herbalife family foundation (hff), corporate social responsibility (csr), and public affairs initiatives. This role involves maintaining and managing hff databases, overseeing the submission and follow-up of purchase processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of key administrative tasks. Given its close interaction with the sales force, a strong sense of organization, responsibility, and service-oriented attitude is essential for success.
requirements:
* degree in business administration or a related field.
* 2-3 years experience in administrative support, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.
* intermediate english.
* proficiency in excel, powerpoint, or similar applications.
* availability to travel occasionally (event participation).
responsibilities:
* maintain and oversee hff databases to ensure accuracy and organization.
* support administrative tasks related to csr and public affairs programs.
* handle submission and follow-up of purchase processes efficiently.
* assist with document control and reporting requirements.
* ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines.
