ensuring operational excellence through real-time monitoring and incident management.
working model: 100% onsite, 2 days off per week, rotational shift, 24/7 operation.

qualifications:
* windows
* cloud (preferably aws)
* networking fundamentals
* experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., solarwinds, splunk, cloud watch, etc.).
* strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and manage multiple priorities
* familiarity with itil or other incident management frameworks is a plus
key responsibilities:
* real-time monitoring : continuously monitor critical systems, applications, and infrastructure using specialized tools and dashboards to identify anomalies, outages, or performance degradations.
* incident detection and response: act promptly to alerts and incidents, performing initial triage, documenting findings, and escalating issues to appropriate technical teams for resolution.
* communication & coordination: serve as the communication hub during operational incidents, providing timely updates to stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
* documentation & reporting: generate regular reports on system health, incident trends, and key metrics for management review.
* tool and process optimization: participate in continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring tools, alerting mechanisms, and incident management workflows.
* compliance & security: adhere to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and security protocols during monitoring and incident response activities.
