your role and responsibilities

in this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined digital sales strategy and plan and ensure execution of the hvac & knx building automation sales strategy for the assigned area, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems, and solutions profitably. You will be responsible for growing the business by developing existing system integrators and onboarding new customers, while creating a preference for abb building automation in the marketplace. The work model for this role is: #l-hybrid. This role contributes to the electrification team and stakeholders. Your main responsibilities include:

* selling digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
* establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (including digital stakeholders) to understand their needs, promote abb’s full product/systems/services offering, and align solutions accordingly.
* ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
* preparing sales plans using abb authorized tools.


qualifications for the role

* bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
* minimum of 2 years of sales management, business development, or product management experience in building technology, building automation, or iot industries
* proven ability to demonstrate the value of energy efficiency and building automation solutions (hvac control, lighting control, access control, etc.)
* strong technical aptitude and experience in iot and hvacr markets
* supportive of digital transformation and new revenue streams. Experience with national account and enterprise customers.
* advanced skills with ms office software products.
