as part of our 2025 growth plan, we are expanding our field sales, tele-sales, customer service, and quality review teams in mexico.role purpose:lead and manage the mexico field sales team to drive market expansion, ensure operational efficiency, and achieve consistent customer acquisition growth.key responsibilities:recruit, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team.translate company goals into measurable kpis and allocate tasks by region.research and identify high-potential sales locations and design tailored go-to-market strategies.monitor daily execution, track performance, and optimize strategies based on results.manage operational challenges and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams.build and maintain external partnerships to support long-term sales initiatives.requirements:bachelor's degree or higher.fluency in mandarin and english or spanish is mandatory.proven experience in local field sales (offline promotion) in mexico is required.5+ years of sales management experience, including at least 3 years in team leadership.prior experience working or living in mexico or other spanish-speaking markets is preferred.strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.willingness to relocate and work long-term in mexico.ideal candidate:experience managing large multicultural sales/service teams.demonstrated ability to scale teams rapidly in fast-growth industries.strong cross-cultural communication and leadership capabilities.high resilience and adaptability to local market and cultural environments.industries of interest:financial services, fintech, telecom, consumer products, or other high-volume sales industries.
