job responsibilities
* assist in the analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
* support senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of new processes and equipment.
* collect and analyze process data, preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
* participate in troubleshooting process issues and contribute to developing corrective actions.
* learn and apply process engineering principles, methodologies, and tools.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
* adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
job qualifications
* bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* basic understanding of process engineering principles.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, word, powerpoint).
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in english and spanish.
* ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
* eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a fast‑paced industrial setting.
