key responsibilities
- lead and manage a team of quality engineers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives to improve product quality.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
you must have
- bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- advanced technical english level.
- minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
- strong leadership and team management skills.
- proven knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
- experience on iso *:* and regulatory agencies audits (as ul).
- experience with quality tools such as six sigma, fmea, and root cause analysis.
