as our first full-time marketing manager, you will:
* design, build, and manage websites inside hubspot (cms)
* support crm integration and marketing automations (transitioning to gohighlevel soon)

* manage landing page builds, lead capture forms, and automations

qualifications & skills:
* hubspot cms experience (website building, email marketing, automation workflows)
* gohighlevel crm experience (or ability to learn it extremely fast)
* website design and development (within hubspot or wordpress; landing pages and full sites)
* strong seo understanding (both strategy and execution)
* email marketing and automation experience (hubspot, mailchimp, ghl)
* team leadership qualities (must be ready to manage team members within 3–6 months)
* excellent project management skills (notion, clickup, or trello experience preferred)
* fluent english communication (written + spoken)
growth path:
* start: hands-on marketing execution
* next 3–6 months: build and manage a small marketing team
* later: grow into a head of marketing / cmo-level role with performance bonuses and higher pay
as we scale, your pay will increase based on your leadership and impact.

* strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, trade marketing, and b2b/b2c strategies.
* understanding of the agricultural market and smallholder farmers’ needs in latin america.
* advanced english required.
* availability to travel within the region.
