Key responsibilities
* determine application requirements for new crm implementations through analysis sessions with clients.
* analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and perform gap analysis between client requirements and microsoft dynamics crm functionality.
* design specifications for crm customization, write specs for implementation by team members, and perform data migration analysis and planning.
requirements
* 3-5 years experience implementing large packaged crm applications (salesforce.com, siebel, sap crm, oracle crm or pivotal).
* knowledge of native configuration and customization tools exposed from microsoft dynamics crm.
* strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be a team player.
