coordinate annual ferias events (travels & benefits).
*main responsibilities*:- skandia portal:- cuenta retiro y cuenta ahorrar employee databases- retirees settlement transfer to sub account cuenta ahorrar- cuenta ahorrar loan approval & reporting /monitoring insufficiency cases.- monthly tracking for scheduled salaries increases.- car bonus tracking- support & implement compensation salary proposals.- execute monthly internal communication & benefit plan (insurance, cuenta retiro, cuenta ahorrar, others).- coordinate with treasury investments committee plan agenda.- mercer annual compensation survey.

*qualifications*:- 100% english and spanish proficiency.- academic background: data analytics, engineering, business administration, industrial engineering.- at least 3 years' working experience in human resources.- advanced office 365 skills, understanding of learning technology platforms, ssff.- integrity, determination, creativity, ability to develop productive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, willingness to learn.
