We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React, Power BI, and UI/UX design to join our innovative development team. This role will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, while also leading initiatives in user experience, data visualization, and continuous product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, or other back-end technologies.
- Build scalable and maintainable front-end interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX design principles.
- Integrate and manage Power BI dashboards and embedded analytics into applications for actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead efforts in product innovation, proposing and prototyping new ideas that enhance functionality and user experience.
- Develop RESTful APIs and services that connect front-end interfaces with backend systems.
- Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to ongoing development efforts when applicable.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience.
- Experience working with US clients or distributed international teams.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with databases.
