*key responsibilities*
- lead the day-to-day operations of multiple venues, ensuring profitability, legal compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- oversee corporate initiatives across hr, sales, marketing, safety, energy efficiency, and customer service.
- manage event logistics, ensuring smooth execution, timing, and customer satisfaction.
- handle real-time operational issues and provide immediate resolution.
- review and authorize financial documents including budgets, forecasts, and pricing models.
- participate in decisions related to investments, major purchases, and leasing.
- lead labor negotiations and conflict resolution processes as needed.
- develop, implement, and audit operational policies and procedures.
- set and monitor performance goals with local managers.
- ensure effective use of resources and achievement of key performance indicators (kpis).
- mentor and evaluate local operations managers, offering strategic guidance and feedback.
- contribute to the development of marketing plans, menus, and revenue-generating strategies.
- represent the organization in dealings with clients, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.
*required qualifications*
*education*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, finance, or a related field.
- master’s degree is a plus.
*experience*:
- at least 5 years in senior operational roles, preferably within stadiums, convention centers, event venues, hospitality, or large-scale service industries.
- proven experience managing diverse departments and large-scale events.

- outstanding communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- deep understanding of operations, budgeting, marketing, sales, and safety regulations.
