Responsibilities lead and deliver end-to-end digital marketing projects across seo, paid media, website lifecycle, organic social, content, pr, and other digital marketing channels to deliver on time, on budget, and with high quality. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned projects across franchise and multi‑location clients. Assist in the initial onboarding of new client projects and manage client expectations and strategies from inception to delivery. Set and prepare the budget, tools, scope, and timeline for digital marketing channel projects. Ensure project profitability and efficiencies while utilizing agency resources. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, quality work delivery. Create deadlines and action items for every project team member; oversee code development and testing; manage project launch activities. Lead daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress; communicate regular project status updates to external stakeholders. Obtain client approvals for new estimates and change orders; address bottlenecks and adjust timelines and deliverables. Work with team members to resolve issues; review, analyze, and evaluate current operational processes and performance, recommending improvements where necessary. Build and maintain relationships with department heads, account management teams, external partners, and vendors to inform decision-making on marketing project activities. Schedule and participate in weekly update meetings with the director of operations to discuss priorities, accomplishments, and hurdles. Utilize company platforms to keep stakeholders informed, assign tasks, and manage projects against deadlines. Communicate effectively with all parties and forecast, benchmark, and analyze project budgets (hourly and cost/profit basis); manage risks and resources across multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrate time‑management, organization, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills; lead cross‑disciplinary teams from strategy, design, content, and development phases. Provide ongoing professional development to stay current with industry changes and trends. Qualifications minimum 6 years of experience managing end-to-end digital marketing projects across several channels (seo, paid media, email, cro, social media, etc.). Experience in franchise or multi‑location businesses; agency and client‑facing experience. Positive attitude with ability to motivate teams to meet project deadlines; capability to manage cross‑disciplinary teams. Knowledge of project management frameworks and hands‑on experience with project management software (e.g., monday.com or similar). Strong english communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to lead internal and external meetings. Forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis skills; accountability for budgets and profitability.
