*job summary*
main liaison between the client and the internal processes of the company, in order to ensure compilance with their needs through the management of resources and established processes.
*custumer service duties and responsabilities*:
- adequate attention to custumer requests, providing clear and timely information to their requirements.
- coordinate activities related to custumer service, ensuring the existence of information in the system flow of receipt, cutting, storage and shipping processes or those that are required and managing the resources for their registration and exceution.
*job requirements and experience*:
- industrial engineering or equivalent
- essencial advanced english
- 2 year custumer service experience or equivalent
- + 25 years old
- previous experience in a similar position/industry
- experience in metalworking/automotive industry
- production planning and scheduling
- steelmaking operation
- astm/iatf/iso900 standars
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- strong focus on working with data, data analysis, and driving projects independently
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
- working knowledge of ms office (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook)
