* own the sales process: lead generation → deal closure (prospecting, negotiation, closing)
* build new markets: develop go-to-market strategy through client pitches & industry networking
* grow key client accounts: deep-dive into client needs to deliver tailored solutions
* drive strategic initiatives: analyze markets/competitors to optimize resource allocation
* collaborate cross-functionally: enhance customer loyalty by partnering with other teams.
requirements:
* minimum 5 yrs b2b sales success: in bfsi sector is required.
* proven track record: in new client acquisition & account growth in ai area is preferred.
* elite negotiation/stakeholder management skills
* hunter mindset: self-driven, proactive in ambiguous environments.
