A master's degree or additional certifications in structural engineering or related fields is preferred.professional experience: proven experience in the design, coordination, and supervision of civil-structural projects. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing consultants or internal staff is highly desirable.technical skills:strong knowledge of civil-structural design, analysis, and calculations.proficiency in preparing technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.familiarity with local and international civil-structural standards (e.g., ntc, aci).experience with relevant engineering software and tools for modeling and analysis.regulatory knowledge: understanding of technical and regulatory requirements applicable to civil-structural projects, including legal and environmental standards.project management: ability to coordinate deliverables, manage schedules, and oversee technical reviews with design and construction teams.
