Head of cyber security management
we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced head of cyber security management to join our team. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
job description:
* lead the development and implementation of our cyber security strategy and policies.
* oversee the management of our security operations center (soc) and ensure it is aligned with our overall business objectives.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
* develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and law enforcement agencies.
required skills and qualifications:
* proven track record of mitigating advanced threat actors and nation-state threats.
* expert technical understanding of socs from the ground up.
* in-depth knowledge of soc architecture and design, including strategies for logging, firewalls, network segmentation, honeypots, etc.
* excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
