*profile*:- bachelor's degree (master or equivalent preferred) with technical background- certified vda 6.3 auditor.
- minimum 3 years experience in operations and/or quality management and/or r&d, strong technical background including project management, language skills english, demonstrated international communication and intercultural skills, assertive communication technique.
- product-, technology- and manufacturing process knowledge for ct oesl-products general engineering technology knowledge (mechanical processing, die casting, stamped process, injection/blow-molding, rubber technologies, assembling).
- leading approval of initial samples (ppap) in cooperation with quality department for defined customer projects.
- leading supplier component review in cooperation with advanced purchasing and project management.
- leads and coordinates the quality planning (apqp) with supplier's in defined projects.
- participating in international project team.
