As a Call Center Representative for EAG, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking services with our client. You’ll assist with appointment scheduling, provide accurate information, and help patients navigate their care experience—all while delivering compassionate, high-quality service over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls.
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments across multiple departments (medical, dental, behavioral health).
- Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, locations, hours, and providers.
- Verify basic insurance information and patient eligibility when applicable.
- Route calls to appropriate clinics, departments, or staff based on patient needs.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Document all call interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) or CRM system.
- Follow HIPAA and organizational guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.
- Meet performance expectations related to call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably on a healthcare account.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
- Proficient with computers, data entry, and basic office software.
- Strong communication skills—calm, clear, and courteous phone manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with electronic health records is a plus.

Pay: $3,500 pesos per week plus bonuses
