About the role
is responsible for customer management, order management and data recording. It is the person who is in charge of entering the data of the orders, processing them and recording them in the system of the company.
principal functions
- order entry
- gather information or verify data for customer requested reports
- order entry of repeat blister orders
- print order acknowledgments for blister orders
- contract reviews of orders entered as requested
- assist in corrective and preventive actions for qa issues
- back up for cs&sa accounts
- enters orders for all sites
- requests expedites
- create spreadsheets for both internal and external customer.
- communicates with customers on order delivery dates
- creates first article approval forms
- support plant manager with different type of manufacturing reports
