Experienced in healthcare management, hospital administration, care delivery operations, front office/revenue cycle basics, laboratory techniques, specimen processing, clinical workflow familiarity, order sets, clinical guidelines/pathways, etc. Ability to perform estimation of work products ability to understand service level agreement (sla) methodology and follow the same as per engagement requirements excellent documentation skills such as application understanding, change management, etc. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills. Knowledge and experience working with microsoft office tools. Shift timings:rotational shift as per business requirements location:queretaro, guadalajara, monterrey. Preferred hands-on experience in epic.
