About the role
design, develop, and implement the comprehensive training strategy for current and prospective dongfeng customers in mexico, with the objective of ensuring that operators of our units obtain maximum benefit from them, while also understanding every operational detail for their proper use.
responsibilities
* design the national training strategy for customers
define the comprehensive customer training model aligned with the commercial plan.
* identify competency gaps
analyze the performance of our units to identify critical knowledge areas and develop specific corrective action plans.
* deliver training programs
conduct in-person sessions, virtual trainings, and hands-on workshops according to the annual schedule for customers.
* develop and update materials
create presentations, manuals, and digital content in line with product or process updates.
* coordinate with technical and commercial areas
gather up-to-date information from dongfeng and after-sales teams to ensure technical accuracy in training programs.
measure training effectiveness
follow up after training through:
* reaction and learning evaluations
* commercial performance review
* operator feedback
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration
* 4 years of experience in training and/or customer support for commercial vehicles
preferred skills
* lean six sigma certification (green belt or black belt)
* technical specialization in commercial vehicles
