Administrative Executive Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (México time)

Location: Mexico (supporting U.S.-based operations)
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and meeting
- coordination.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Manage and organize daily agenda and follow up on pending tasks.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, send introductory messages, and follow up on cold leads via email.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and client communications in English.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
* Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, sales, or marketing support roles.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn tools.
* Reliable internet connection and ability to work during set hours.
