*job summary*:
we are seeking a talented sales administrator to join our team.
the sales administrator is responsible for the following:
*responsibilities*:
- to be the primary voice of the customer within the organization
- develop customer relationships at key levels to expand future business.
- planning for pcg (lenovo personal computers)
- receives and process po from lenovo pcg
- helps coordinating logistics for pcg shipments until arriving to mty warehouse
- takes inventory counts for pcg at lenovo
- in charge of st mty inventories for lenovo
- makes fulfillment decisions of dcg & pcg parts to deliver once or twice a week.
also, takes special fulfillment instructions from lenovo procurement
- pick, packs, drives, and delivers the shipments from st mty warehouse to lenovo plants 1 and 2 (pcg and dcg)
- coordinates the collections of pod packing lists and forwards billing request to gdl office for processing in mds
- deliveries billings and pod once a week to lenovo for ap processing.
- picks up products released at mty airport broker.
- main contact for netser and michelyne at lenovo pcg, having personal interaction or via phone providing status information
*must haves*:
- fastener knowledge or related hardware experience
- computer skills ability, particularly microsoft excel, to sort and provide analytical information.
- post secondary education preferred
- ability to converse with both customers and suppliers
