* we are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that meet the needs of the organization.
* the successful candidate will source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach, screen cvs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
* additionally, they will coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups, maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ats), and support employer branding initiatives.

key responsibilities

* recruitment process management: oversee end-to-end management of recruitment processes for various roles, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
* hiring manager partnership: collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that meet the needs of the organization.
* candidate sourcing and attraction: source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
* candidate evaluation: screen cvs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit to ensure the best candidates are selected for the role.
* interview logistics: coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, communication, and feedback collection.

required skills and qualifications

* experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with a proven track record of success.
* communication skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
* organizational skills: ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* technical skills: proficient in microsoft office, with experience in ats or recruiting platforms preferred.
