key responsibilities:
* provide strategic guidance and support to key stakeholders on business process improvements;
* develop and implement solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs;
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals;
* analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven recommendations;
* communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to convey complex ideas;
required competencies
* bachelor's degree in a business-related area, information systems, computer science, engineering or equivalent experience;
* experience of resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties;
* certification or significant experience in corresponding technical fields, or crm systems (salesforce, microsoft dynamics, sap c4c);
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
