Act as single poc for assigned cvc dealers on all fleet related items, sales and service; lead communication and resolution with key internal/external stakeholders as appropriate to assist/support dealers.responsibilitiesfulfill all cvc program responsibilities and required communication with assigned dealers.work with cvc dealers to achieve vehicle sales & share objectives by vehicle line.work with cvc dealers and facing ford personnel to promote the sale of end to end ford pro solutions with cvc dealers - vehicles, service/parts, telematics, charging, software, and fin simple.provide dealer regular updates on key information and breaking news.monitor and reinforce cvc program compliance including resolution of probation issues.utilize key market share and competitive data to inform dealers and develop robust sales plans.coordinate cvc dealer certification and resolve probation issues.provide consultation on medium duty products to encourage dealer emphasis in that segment.monitor and reinforce performance and execution of cvc uptime initiatives for commercial customers with service managers and parts managers including the following:mobile service, commercial loaners, next day service follow up, extended service hoursmedium duty service capability, fso national fleet parts & pricing programsupport local pool companies (b&e;, mobility, parcel delivery, personal use) to promote ford products.develop, maintain, and foster relationships between pool companies and cvc dealers.monitor dealer inventory and aging to prevent excessive days in stock.monitor market area ford share and work with pools in poor performing markets.support local accounts and dealers with competitive price allowance (cpa) programs as needed.provide cpa programs when necessary to meet competition and develop customer loyalty.follow cpa program guidelines to provide market consistency.develop relationships with cpa customers to build ford loyalty.coordinate closely with facing nams and sams to follow cpa rules of engagement.conduct advance product meetings, dealer training sessions, and grass roots events to train/inform dealer personnel and effectively launch new ford pro products & services.communicate with regional sales office personnel on a regular basis and attend regional staff meetings to keep regional personnel informed on cv sales/share and relevant cvc dealer related items.review and approve annual cvc business plans with dealers.
