The role of warehouse supervisor plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to effectively manage personnel, and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to inventory management.
we are seeking an individual who can monitor, report, and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate order confirmations that align with actual production resources and raw materials. Additionally, this person must be able to identify innovative options for warehousing and management, support yearly physical inventory counts, handle stock movements to customers, and audit inventory levels against reports from third-party warehouses.
a key aspect of this position is managing operational efficiencies, relationships, and day-to-day operations at the warehouse. This includes ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
to be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain, international business, or a related field, as well as 2-5 years of experience in planning and logistics within a manufacturing environment. Strong expertise in sap is also required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
this position requires the ability to work independently, think critically, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be necessary, with approximately 10% of time spent on domestic and international trips.
