*how will you make an impact in this role?*
as a part of international card services team, you can have the opportunity to learn and influence how to protect the company through the evolving regulatory environment.
This position is core on the end-to-end acquisition process, you will learn and provide better ways to improve sales process. Works with business units and departments to identified opportunities and ensure the acquisition process made correctly in all channels.
*main responsibilities*:
- establish manual and automatic controls to identify procedures that could potentially involve a financial impact for the company.
- execute reviews of acquisition process which can be in person or remotely.
- validate control checks in documents to identify risk cases.
- ensure the correct alignment of criteria in digital processes, identify opportunities and develop recommendations that make changes in the customer experience.
- support for control desk validation to different vendors.
- ensure operational excellence in sales and established processes.
- give feedback, follow up and make sure there are changes happened in operation.
- generate analytics reports.
