*responsibilities*:

- focused on the creation, implementation and analysis of digital strategies (seo/sem, lead generation, e-commerce, paid media, dv360, programmatic buying, performance marketing, etc.) with measurable results (positioning, transactions, roi, etc.)
- provide and execute on actionable insights across the customer journey, website and digital channels to drive sales growth
- deliver initiatives that generate business and customer value.
- define the product backlog
- supervise, evaluate, and report on performance of communications activities across all digital touchpoints; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
- monitor, analyze, translate and report the overall digital channel - conversion and risk data, customer journey, funnel analysis and multichannel attribution.
- lead, develop & provide content for internal placement channels (site & internal channels) with a special focus on roi & marketing campaigns
- responsible for analyzing metrics and tracking goals against each campaign in every channel
- collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal and external teams and provide guidance to increase new customer growth, revenue and to optimize the overall onboarding and conversion experience on the ecommerce site.

*minimum qualifications*
- strong knowledge of digital marketing analytical skills
- strong knowledge of customer experience
- experience utilizing google analytics
- experience leading media agency team
- experience in setting kpis and okrs
- experience & strong understanding in attribution models (max conversion value, target roas, etc)
- strong understanding and prior experience leading paid marketing and customer acquisition strategy
- demonstrated experience with platforms, technology and online marketing tools for managing and scaling paid marketing channels.
- outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in spanish and english; ability to optimally communicate complex information to multiple audiences.
- ability to be flexible and handle urgent requests as needed.
- demonstrates creative thinking, strong decision-making, flexibility, and the ability to manage, drive, and measure change.
- ability to deal with high pressure environment and constant change.
- ability to prioritize and demonstrate flexibility.
